Project: A Mixed- Use Development consisting of 80 Residential condominums, 140 Residential Apartments, 80  Assisteed Living Units, A 15,000 sq. ft. conference center, a 15,000 sq.ft.  Food market, a 12,000sq.ft office building and approximately 60,000 sq.ft. of Retail/Commerical  space. Located on the edge of Morse's Pond.
